Terms and Conditions for Instagram Giveaway
CONTEST: Surprise Contest Coming Soon
- Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid Instagram account. Employees, officers, and directors of Wave Avenue LLC, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- How to Enter: To enter the giveaway:
- Follow our Instagram page @waveavenue
- Tag a friend in the comments section of the giveaway post.
- Each comment with a tag counts as one entry
- Multiple entries are allowed. Tag as many friends as you like!
- Contest Period: The giveaway starts on June 27, 2024 and ends on July 4, 2024 at 7:00 PM CT.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The decision is final and binding.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be announced on our Instagram page and notified via direct message within 2 days after the contest ends. The winner must respond within 2 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, a new winner will be selected.
- Prize: One (1) free clothing item from Wave Avenue per month for a full 12-month period. Each monthly prize value is limited to $55. If the winner selects a prize valued at over $55, the winner will only pay the difference.
- Publicity: By entering this giveaway, participants agree to have their name, Instagram handle, and/or likeness used in any promotional material related to the contest.
- Disqualification: Any participant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions, provides false information, or uses fraudulent means to enter the contest will be disqualified.
- Privacy: Any personal data submitted as part of the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and in accordance with Wave Avenue LLC’s privacy policy.
- Instagram Disclaimer: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you release Instagram from any and all responsibility and liability.
- General Conditions: Wave Avenue LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any problem prevents the contest from running as planned.
- Governing Law: The contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois in the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
