Refund policy
Return Policy:
Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of receiving item. Store credits will be sent via email once return has been processed.
Requirements:
- Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with attached tags.
- Wave Avenue is not responsible for items that are shrunk during washing/drying process. Please be sure to read all labels before washing/drying items.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale):
- Intimate personal products (e.g., bodysuits, bralettes, hats, earrings).
- Gift cards, items from the sale tab, or items discounted 25% or more.
How to Initiate a Return:

Include your order confirmation number and ship the item to:
Wave Avenue, 733 W Blackhawk Drive, Byron, IL 61010 - Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please purchase the desired item from our website and return your original order within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund.
